Pranayama

In Kundalini yoga, breath is understood as a primary vehicle for prana, or life energy, and a powerful influence on both the energetic system and nervous system regulation.

This 7-class series, offered in January and February 2026, is an experiential exploration of Kundalini yoga and meditation teachings related to pranayama. Because breath is both involuntary and voluntary, it offers one of the most direct ways to influence mental state, emotional tone, and physiological response. Within Kundalini teachings, changes in the rhythm, depth, or pattern of the breath are understood to affect pranic flow through the nadis (energy channels), as well as the balance of the nervous and glandular systems.

Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for a while, physically active or looking to start a practice, you are welcome. You can take the full 7-class journey, or drop in when your schedule allows.

**Each week the Thursday and Saturday classes are on the same topic. Join both if you'd like to go deeper, or catch the other if you can't make your usual time.

** You can pay for a single class or use the Class Pass. Cancellation will not be refunded for the single purchase, but a refund of the credit will be given for bookings using the Class Pass, if made more than 24 hours in advance.

** Class Pass is designed to align with signing up for the series, but with some added flexibilty.
